Precision Neurology Center is located at 4800 SW Meadows Rd, Suite 300, Lake Oswego, OR 97035.
Ample parking is available in both the front and rear of the building. Patients requiring ADA-accessible parking are encouraged to use the parking area at the front of the building.
If entering through the front entrance, the elevators will be located to your right. If entering through the rear entrance, the elevators will be located to your left. Please take the elevator to the third floor and proceed to Suite 300.
Upon arrival, please say hello to Vince, our Hospitality Director, at the front desk. You will then be directed to complete the self-check-in process using our Jane check-in system.
